Eddi Reader: Live from Warwick Folk Festival
Can’t make it to Warwick Folk Festival? Following last year’s successful livestream, we’re delighted to be back at Castle Park, presenting a specially curated setlist of exceptional folk, acoustic, and grassroots music.
We’re excited to welcome the legendary Scottish singer-songwriter Eddi Reader, who is headlining the main stage on Friday evening. Enjoy a passionate, eclectic performance from the comfort of your own home.
What to expect: This performance will be pure joy! Eddi is such a dynamic and vivacious performer, with decades of experience playing festivals all over the world.
Taking influence from pop, punk, rock, and traditional poetry, this is a show not to be missed.
About the artist
Eddi Reader is best known as the singer with Brit Award-winning folk-rock band Fairground Attraction, whose song Perfect went to number one in 1988.
Since then, Eddi has sung at the re-opening of the Scottish Parliament building, was awarded an MBE for showcasing the work of Robert Burns, and performed in the film Me and Orson Welles with the Jools Holland Orchestra.
